Take care when assembling:

  • Close cover side labelled 1 first to avoid damaging the flexible antenna foil B.
  • Notice the magnet emblem A to orient you to correct side.
  • Then close cover side labelled 2
  • Finally screw D in place and fit E Friction Feet

3 Turn on the device by placing a magnet on the magnet switch symbol. Wait while you observe a green light and remove the magnet as soon as you see the red light ( indicator light 5 ). *

4 Device can also be turned on with button.

5 Indicator light

1 If your sensor uses Narrow Band (NBIoT), insert SIM card.

2 Insert Batteries as shown. Note + poles are same direction

* CAUTION: Remove the magnet as soon as the red light is lit to avoid reset/config mode. If the magnet is near the power on/off zone while the red light is lit for: 5 seconds, the device will enter configure mode for LoRaWAN device. 10 seconds, the device will perform a factory reset for NBIoT device.

3 Turn on:  Place a magnet near the magnetic switch for 1 second (If NBIoT, NFC can be used instead of magnet), a LED will light up

4 Remove the magnet.

Place antenna cover B over base unit A
Insert screws C with T10 Torx screwdriver; 1.2-1.3 Nm.

Important: Be sure to align gasket and screw tightly to ensure unit is sealed against moisture.
